Missing In Action

by Laura

I’ve been getting emails asking why I haven’t posted lately. My apologies! Grandma and Grandpa (my children’s parents) were in town and we were busy enjoying out time together!

The girls were ecstatic to have their grandparents here and I was also happy, being spoiled by their help to get things more organized! They live so far away that we only get this chance about once a year to see each other.

We had a nice visit and had the chance to get the children out of the city to Elk Island for a picnic dinner. We were originally planning to go to Jasper, but with things so hectic, we decided to put it off to another visit.

I’m off to make some Alien Guts for the girls for lunch. Curious? I’ll post the recipe later on!

Wow! It's hard to imagine that Dawn is only five...she doesn't look it in this pic. I'm scared to see what she'll be like as a teen!
