To market, to market, to buy a fat pig,
Home again, home again, jiggety-jig.To market, to market, to buy a fat hog,
Home again, home again, jiggety-jog.To market, to market, to buy a plum bun,
Home again, home again, market is done.
I’ve had this nursery rhyme running through my head for the past two weeks. Six weeks in an acute-care facility is WAY too long for anyone to endure, even more when there are little kids involved, whom had to be shuffled back and forth between friends and relatives.
I was discharged on Monday and the girl–who were in the care of a good friend arrived in the evening. We are busy getting settled and into some semblance of a routine, then will start focusing on activities we can do together.
I’ve amassed a huge amount of resources and links that I will post in the “Homeschool in a Box‘ section, including entire curricula available for free! If you want to be notified about new additions, please subscribe to these posts by email using the sign up on the right.
